Georgia state engineers, highway patrol and first responders all report “systems irregularities” prior to the collapse of the city’s highly trafficked thoroughfare. Although authorities haven’t concluded the true cause of the collapse, early reports suggest Russian hackers may be behind the systems failures experienced by the Georgia State Association of Engineers Office.
